Located in The Laurel, the residence was originally offered last July for $15.45 million dollars. However, with the current luxury-condo market depression, Lawrence has been forced to lower the price not once, but twice. Now listed at $12 million, Lawrence would be incurring a significant loss if the deal closes at that price, as she acquired the unit in 2016 for $15.6 million.
The Hunger Games star got her start in New York City, but now spends most of her time in the Los Angeles area.
Her Upper East Side condo features a “stunning interior and views,” with a two-floor outdoor terrace, which is about 3,000 square-feet. You’ll also find an outdoor kitchen, fireplace with a pergola, and a built-in ping-pong table.
