Dr. Charlie Camarda, an accomplished NASA astronaut, aerospace engineer, and author, formerly served as the Director of Engineering at NASA’s Johnson Space Center in Houston. He has made substantial contributions to space exploration and engineering innovations. His book, “Mission Out of Control,” delves into the critical importance of fostering a research culture centered on learning and innovation to avert accidents in high-risk organizations.
