Nadav Greenberg is the Executive Chef at Shmoné, a Michelin-starred restaurant located on West 8th Street in Manhattan. His culinary journey, which began in Jerusalem, was deeply influenced by his Moroccan grandmother’s cooking and the vibrant food culture of both North Africa and the Middle East. Shmoné, which quickly gained recognition for its innovative dishes, earned a Michelin star within a year of opening. Nadav will share some of the secrets to his restaurant’s success.
