Jimmy will share his passion for truffles and talk about the expansion of his company’s product line, which now includes truffle oil, truffle salt, truffle honey, and more — available at pop-up markets, specialty shops, and Whole Foods stores.

Jason Hairston is the owner and visionary behind The Nugget Spot, a popular Chatham, New Jersey chicken nugget restaurant which opened its doors in mid-October 2024. The establishment offers an array of options, including traditional Southern-fried nuggets, grilled gluten-free nuggets, and even mozzarella cheese nuggets. Among other things, Jason will discuss his restaurant’s diverse menu, which also features unique items like nuggets coated in Cap’n Crunch.
