The SCAD Savannah Film Festival, the largest university-run film festival in the world, is currently underway until November 2. Over 60,000 people are anticipated to attend the event, which has become “a distinguished stop on the road to the Academy Awards.”

On Tuesday, October 29, 2024, TWOFOLD—a compelling drama written by Toto Bruin and directed by “30 Under 30” Forbes Honoree, Ella Greenwood (of the UK’s Broken Flames Productions)—will be screening as part of the LGBTQIA+ Short Film Competition, co-sponsored by Amazon MGM Studios.

In this award-winning film, the protagonists have a chance encounter at a New Year’s Eve party. When they recognize each other from over a decade prior, fireworks ensue. The story tackles themes such as love, deception, abuse of power, and consent.

Tuesday’s screening, scheduled for 4 PM (Eastern), at the SCAD Museum of Art, will be followed by a Q&A featuring Ella Greenwood.
