On Saturday, May 18, 2024, I was invited to co-host EYE ON REAL ESTATE, a LIVE radio talk show which is broadcast each week (from 10 AM to 12 noon) by AM970: THE ANSWER.

Because she had to catch a flight, the show's star, Dottie Herman, asked me to fly "solo" for the program's second hour. And while I was certainly a bit nervous, given that it was my first time leading an entire hour of a live radio show, I thought it went pretty decently under the circumstances. What say you?*
