THREATENED TO “KILL ALL JEWS” AND THEIR CHILDREN
KD (62), of Huntingon Beach, California, was recently arrested for “making false bomb threats,” against the Wake County Sheriff’s Office, and to an elected official. KD is said to have informed a Rabbi that he was going to the “Temple to kill all the Jews and the children.”
KD also allegedly stated, “Jews didn’t deserve to live. Jews didn’t deserve to be on this earth. I’m going to kill the Jews. I’m coming to the Temple to kill all the Jews and the children.”
Charged with “illegally using any form of communication to send a threat to harm or kidnap another person intentionally,” and with “illegally knowingly making false reports about bombs,” KD faces five years in prison on each count.
In a written statement, U.S. Attorney Michael F. Easley Jr for the Eastern District of North Carolina, noted that “We will not normalize violent threats in America, whether targeting law enforcement, elected officials, or average citizens …. The complaint alleges the defendant made violent threats against people of faith, cops, and public servants. These cases will always receive our highest attention.”
A criminal complaint is merely an accusation. All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
