FORCED A WOMAN AND TWO MINORS TO ENGAGE IN COMMERCIAL SEX
On Friday, July 5, six people up on Boston were charged with “conspiracy to commit sex traffic and other sex trafficking charges.”
According to the indictment, the group used “force, threats of force, fraud and coercion” to induce a adult woman and two minors to engage in commercial sex.
If convicted, the miscreants could each face up to life and prison.
An indictment is merely an allegation. All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
