CALLY COP FACES UP TO LIFE IN PRISON

ENGAGED IN NON-CONSENSUAL SEX ACTS WHILE ON DUTY

A Fresno federal grand jury returned a “superseding indictment” -- link below -- charging D.T., an ex-cop with the Sange, California, Police Department, of depriving his female victims of their “constitutional rights under color of law” by sexually assaulting them while performing his official duties.

Originally charged, back in 2022, of having engaged in various “nonconsensual” sex acts with women, this new indictment details allegation, (among other things), of his directing a woman to remove all her clothes and forcibly engaging in sex acts with her. In another instance, he is alleged to have touched a woman’s party parts.

Five of the nine new counts carry a maximum sentence of life in prison and a $250,000 fine, while one carries a 10-year sentence, with the remaining counts exposing him to a year in prison and a fine of up to $100,000.

An indictment is merely an allegation. All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.

Think he got turned on by all that exposure?
