FACES UP TO 20 YEARS IN PRISON
Back in February, an explosive device was detonated outside of the Alabama Attorney General’s Office.
On April 10, KBDC (26) of Irondale, Alabama was arrested for his “malicious use of an explosive and possession of an unregistered destructive device.”
If convicted, KBDC faces up to 20 years in prison.
In a written statement, FBI Director Christopher Wray noted that, “The FBI worked closely with our law enforcement partners to run down every lead and leverage our forensic capabilities to identify and arrest the person who is allegedly responsible for detonating this dangerous device …. This explosion was very unsettling to the community and we hope today’s arrest provides reassurance that the FBI will investigate those who target public institutions and will hold them accountable for such illegal acts.”
That sure was no love bomb.
An indictment is merely an allegation. All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
