Usually, when you get shrimp dumplings at a Chinese restaurant, it’ll consist of a reconstituted, salty mush. But not at “Gold Marquess Fine Chinese Cuisine” of Pembroke Pines.
n addition to being fairly priced (4 pieces, $4.50), their Shrimp Dumplings have actual shrimp in them. (Go figure!)
While slightly gummy, they were still pretty enjoyable, earning this dish an “A-.”
