IMPULSE PUSH

Kristen P., an infant, was allegedly pushed by a fellow student down a school staircase and later sued the New York City Board of Education claiming “negligent supervision.”

Both the Kings County Supreme Court and the Appellate Division, Second Department, didn’t think the kid had much of a case--particularly since the Board couldn’t have anticipated the injury (given the impulsive nature of the other student’s actions).

Watch your backs, kids!
