While having lunch at Miami’s Smith & Wollensky, we tried their “Burrata” — roasted tomato, balsamic, basil, crostini ($17) — and were taken aback by the look of the cheese. It was as if someone had manually torn the ball of burrata apart and set it on the plate. And because it lacked a buttery, creamy texture (or taste), this dish ended up with a (near failing) “C-.”
