You would think, after we ordered the pasta with the salty beef ragu, that we should have anticipated a problem with Toscana Divino’s “Filet Mignon” — beef tenderloin, wild roasted mushrooms, pea purée, beef and porcini sauce ($36). And, yes, because the kitchen committed a similar heavy handiness with the salt, points were deducted, but the dish still scored a respectable “B+” in our rankings.
