After all the misses we were experiencing, some thought it was risky to order The Balcony’s “CAJUN CHICKEN SCHNITZEL” — served with cajun lyonnaise potatoes, Brussels sprouts (pictured) or collard greens ($19) — particularly, without the accompanying “sausage gravy.” And, boy, were they right ... as the chicken had a dry, gritty, chewy texture, while the accompanying veggies and potatoes were exceedingly greasy. Given this was a stinker of a schnitzel, this dish scored an “F.”
