Vehicle Forfeiture
ALJ orders release of seized car.
The Police Department sought to retain a vehicle seized in an incident where the driver was arrested for driving while impaired by drugs and other charges. Respondent's attorney sought return of the car due to the Department's alleged failure to comply with the notice requirements contained in the federal court Krimstock order.
