NYC Department of Education Acknowledges Errors on the Scoring of Most Recent Exams for Students Seeking to Enroll in Gifted & Talented Programs
The New York City Department of Education has reported that the scoring of the most recent exams for City students seeking to enroll in Gifted & Talented (G&T) programs was subject to significant and widespread errors. The Department is undertaking to notify all families of students affected by the scoring errors via email and automated calls, and deadlines for reconsidering application decisions are being extended to May 10th.
