Hispanic/Latino Cultural Center of New York with the participation of New York State Senator José Peralta presents: THE HISPANIC/LATINO BOOK FAIR OF NEW YORK 2011 Celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month
Honoring Pedro Monge Rafuls, playwright and founder of OLLANTAY CENTER FOR THE ARTS. So far, the only Latino to have received the Very Special Arts Award in the category "New York Artist" by the Kennedy Arts Center in Washington.
