Dr. Larry Norton will present the latest developments in the battle against breast cancer. The panelists will then address property and privacy rights concerning DNA (cell "lines," tissue banks, stem cells, organs, etc.), and the related subjects of informed consent and duties of doctors, researchers and those counseling patients and donors.
