Pinnington offers 10 tips for building a stronger business. Here's his list:

 

    1. "Get a Retainer Up Front"
    2. "Replenish Your Retainers"
    3. Get rid of your most undesirable client
    4. Be selective: "Don't Take Any Client That Walks Through the Door."
    5. Constantly develop your business
    6. Strengthen bonds with clients
    7. Keep existing clients happy
    8. Choose your new clients carefully
    9. Don't accept work from a "difficult client"
    10. "Read  Numbers 1 and 2 Again--And Remember There Are No Exceptions to Them"
