ROBBING STARBUCKS, COULD COST HIM DECADES IN PRISON

CONVICTED FELON BRANDISHED A FIREARM DURING THE COURSE OF THE ROBBERIES

KT (24) of Houston, Texas, was indicted in mid-February on multiple counts of “robbery, brandishing a firearm and illegal possession of a firearm,” for robbing five separate Starbucks’ stores over the course of a six-day period (back in September of 2023).

Compounding things just a bit, is that KT is a convicted felon who is not permitted to possess a firearm (pursuant to federal law).

If convicted, he faces, among other things, up to 20 years in prison for each of the robbery counts, while being a felon in possession of a firearm carries up to a 10-year term. He can also be hit with fines of up to $250,000.

An indictment is a formal accusation of criminal conduct, not evidence. A defendant is presumed innocent unless convicted through due process of law.

Think that kid will wake up and smell the coffee?
