GUY WAS INTO ANIMAL CRUELTY

PAID TO HAVE MONKEY’S HEAD BASHED IN?

KJH (40), of Soldiers Grove, Wisconsin, was sentenced in late December to 12 months and 1 day in prison for violating the Preventing Animal Cruelty and Torture (PACT) Act.

Apparently, the man had paid an Indonesian videographer $100 to film a monkey being physically abused. Specifically, he asked that the creature be “picked up by the genitals using pliers and then hit on the head with a hammer.”

In a written statement, Assistant Attorney General Todd Kim of the Justice Department’s Environment and Natural Resources Division noted that “Animal crushing videos cruelly force animals into a cycle of fear, violence and death for personal gratification or profit …. We are committed to aggressively pursuing and prosecuting anyone who engages in the creation or distribution of animal crush videos.”

In addition to his prison sentence, KJH faces 3 years of supervised release and must pay a $5000 fine.

Ironically, KJH was a despicable animal.  (Glad the Justice Department nailed him.)
