OVER THREE YEARS, HE KEPT MONIES MEANT FOR MEDICARE AND SOCIAL SECURITY
In mid-December, a CEO with Endowance Solutions, Inc. – a software development and consulting company – pleaded guilty to failing to pay all employment taxes to the IRS.
For some three years, Social Security and Medicare taxes withheld from employees were not paid to the government; allegedly causing a tax loss of some $800,000.
Scheduled to be sentenced on June 27, 2024, the former CEO faces up to five years in prison, together with a period of supervised release. He will also be required to pay restitution, and monetary penalties.
