GOT 4 YEARS AND 3 MONTHS IN PRISON
AH (43) of Miami, Florida, was sentenced in late December to 4 years and 3 months in a federal prison for having illegally distributed some $16.7 million in “adulterated HIV drugs.”
Apparently, AH and his cohorts fabricated phony documentation to make it appear that the drugs were legitimate. Those meds were then acquired by suppliers who sold them to pharmacies who, in turn, dispensed the adulted drugs to “unsuspecting patients” throughout the U.S.
Having pleaded guilty back in September to “one count of conspiracy to introduce adulterated and misbranded drugs into interstate comment,” he was sentenced on December 21, 2023.
Bet AH thought that was an unadulterated disaster.
