TWOFOLD: JURY NOMINEE FOR BEST NARRATIVE
Founded in 2007, the NATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL FOR TALENTED YOUTH seeks to “disrupt systems of inequity in the film/media arts industry,” and affords a platform to projects by “women, BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and other young persons from traditionally marginalized communities.”

This year’s event is scheduled from April 25-28, in Seattle, Washington, with a virtual component screening from April 28-May 5.

We’re particularly honored to announce that this year’s Jury Nominee for Best Narrative is … TWOFOLD — a compelling drama written by Toto Bruin, and directed by “30 Under 30” Forbes Honoree, Ella Greenwood (of UK’s Broken Flames Productions).

In this film, as New Year’s Eve festivities are underway, our protagonists have a chance encounter. But when they recognize each other from over a decade prior, fireworks ensue — with the story tackling such themes as love, deception, abuse of power, and lack of consent.
