ENTICED MINORS TO ENGAGE IN SEXUAL ACTIVITY
According to a press release issued by the Us Attorney’s Office, a “religious leader” by the name of ELMC (53), from Cayey, Puerto Rico, was sentenced (in late February) to 20 years in prison for possessing child porn and enticing minors to engage in sexual activity.
Apparently, the man frequented chat rooms and used his cell phone to exchange child porn with other users of that platform. Among other things ELMC is said to have enticed two 15-year-old males to “engage in sexual activity” so that it could be recorded. He is also said to have possessed images of children who had not yet reached the age of 12.
