ATTACKED HER AT THEIR OFF-BASE RESIDENCE IN SAGAMIHARA, JAPAN
According to a press release issued by the United States Department of Justice, a Michigan man, RH (39), is alleged to have assaulted and strangled his wife at their “off-base residence” in Sagamihara, Japan, on July 19, 2021.
After an argument, the man is said to have “punched his spouse in the eye twice, hit her on the head and body, pushed her to the ground, and then strangled her.”
On May 4, he pleaded guilty to “one count of assault of a spouse by strangulation,” and on September 15, 2023, was sentenced to 366 days in prison.
Was that guy strangling to be understood?
