IT'S ONLY THE BEGINNING FOR "LA FIN"

La Fin is for those with the Midas touch

A new luxury estate is for sale in the tony Bel Air neighborhood of Beverly Hills, California, and this one’s pulling out all the stops.

Priced at $139 MM, this high-end residence is dubbed “La Fin,” and sports 12 bedrooms and 16 bathrooms (throughout three floors), comes with a 6,000 sq. ft. nightclub, a sub-zero vodka tasting room with complimentary parkas, and, a custom ventilated cigar room – in a true man-cave, bachelor-pad style.

But that’s far from the complete list of amenities this property offers. Upon entering, you’ll be greeted by a grandiose spiral staircase which extends three floors and wraps around a 44-foot chandelier comprised of 50,000 crystals.

And as you stroll through the rest of the residence, the extent of the planning and sourcing of opulent materials used to construct the behemoth is immediately apparent. Italian oak shapes the interior of the primary suite; Belgian and Brazilian leather hugs the seating of the motorized home theatre; and Portuguese marble adorns the many fireplaces. (And those are just a few of the luxurious features buttressing the hefty price tag.)

Gold plated tiles line the master bedroom, book-matched Calacatta gold marble accentuate the master bathroom (which also comes with a 100-square-foot shower and floating marble vanity), and the dual his-and-hers walk-in closets give new meaning to the word, “shopaholic”.

With floor-to-ceiling glass windows on both the main and upper floors, you can see right through the residence as you approach. (But only if you’re invited -- as the entire property is gated and extensive security measures are in place). The interior of the living area comes with retractable walls, allowing those huge soirees to spill out into the backyard where the views of downtown Los Angeles, the mountains, and skyline are unmatched.

Outside, in addition to the breathtaking views, there are multiple lounging areas on the wrap-around deck, and a heated infinity pool, with a 23-foot LED screen rising from its edge via hydraulic lift; making La Fin the ultimate football Sunday hangout. And, of course, for those having a bit too much fun to make it home safely, the property has a detached penthouse for guests.

If you ask us, the real kicker here is the custom-built nightclub in the basement, which has a Las Vegas style bar with ample seating, light-up swings for the hired entertainment, and a rotating six-car display piece that shows off the owners’ fleet of luxury vehicles. Adjacent to the facility, is a fully-furnished home gym with a rock-climbing wall and multiple Pelotons.

Nearly five years in the making, La Fin’s architect and designer, Joe Englanoff, was also involved in the creation of the uber-lavish Bel Air mansion, “The One,” currently listed at $295 MM. (You can read about that project, here.)

Bel Air is home to the crème de la crème of A-list celebrities, including Jay-Z & Beyoncé, Elizabeth Taylor, The Weeknd, Jennifer Aniston -- and, of course, the “Fresh Prince” himself.

Jon Grauman and Adam Rosenfeld of The Agency, Beverly Hills, currently hold the listing to La Fin.
