Palm West couldn't get this "Prime Double Cut New York Strip 36 ounce" right. My table ordered it medium rare, but came out "rare," not once, but twice. When it came back after its third trip to the kitchen, it was done "well." (And, by that, I mean overcooked.)
If a steakhouse can't get steak right, there's something terrible wrong.
And, btw, our sides get cold, and those who didn't order steak had to wait for the kitchen to make it right for our other guests. (It was an utter disappointment.)
