LOOK WHO MADE THE TOP 100!

Seven Newman Ferrara Attorneys Among List of New York's Super Lawyers and Top 100

Newman Ferrara LLP ( www.nfllp.com) announced today that named partner Lucas A. Ferrara has been rated one of New York's "Top 100" legal professionals in the 2014 edition of New York Metro Super Lawyers Magazine. In addition, firm partners Jarred I. Kassenoff and Jeffrey M. Norton, as well as Of Counsel, Randolph M. McLaughlin, Debra S. Cohen, and Jon B. Felice, were ranked as "Super Lawyers." Firm associates Roy Shimon and Glenn Berezanskiy were also nominated as "Rising Stars." The firm credits these accolades to its multifaceted practice in the areas of real estate, shareholder and securities litigation, class actions, commercial litigation, and civil rights.

"The fact that seven of our attorneys were honored in this fashion is a testament to the firm's outstanding achievements in disparate practice areas," noted partner Jonathan H. Newman, who also has been recognized as a "Super Lawyer" in previous years.

To develop the annual Super Lawyers listings, researchers with Thomson Reuters solicit nominations from attorneys across the New York metro region. A blue-ribbon panel assists with final selections, and less than 5 percent of eligible attorneys earn selection. The full lists are available online at http://www.superlawyers.com, and the Super Lawyers list appears in both The New York Times Magazine and New York Super Lawyers magazine.

Mr. Kassenoff concentrates his practice in the areas of complex commercial real estate disputes, insolvency issues, and zoning and tax matters.
